About this list
A sub-processor is a third-party service we engage to help deliver Mach33. We use the providers below to host, secure, and operate the platform. This page is the source of truth and is updated when the list changes.
Current sub-processors
| Service | Purpose | Data | Region |
|---|---|---|---|
| Neon (Postgres) | Primary database | All application data, at rest | AWS US East (N. Virginia) |
| Vercel | Hosting, compute, logs | Request/response data, application logs | United States (iad1) |
| Vercel Blob | File storage | Uploaded files (stored private) | United States |
| Resend | Transactional email | Recipient name + email on authentication, invitation, and notification messages; demo-request leads | United States |
| Stripe | Payments and billing | Billing contact, customer and subscription identifiers | United States (global) |
| Sentry | Error monitoring | Error context (server: identifiers only; client: limited) | United States |
| Anthropic / OpenAI | AI node (customer-directed) | Particle and manifest field values — only when a customer configures an AI node with their own API key | United States (provider-dependent) |
Customer-directed AI providers
Anthropic and OpenAI are engaged only when a customer configures an AI node with their own API key. In that case, the specific particle and manifest field values that node reads are sent to the provider the customer selected. No customer data is sent to these providers otherwise.
